By accessing and using Just A Minute ("JAM", "Service", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Just A Minute provides an AI-powered English speaking practice platform. We offer real-time audio conversations, feedback, and progress tracking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Plans"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Subscription management and billing are handled by our secure payment provider (Dodo Payments).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Our AI services are designed for educational purposes and should not be abused to generate inappropriate content.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
